Would you like to become a tutor in Southeast London? Are you dedicated and passionate and looking for tutor jobs independently in a highly regarded private tutoring agency? Scholarius Consulting is a specialist tutoring agency in Southeast London, with a focus on supporting students from primary through to A-Level across Dulwich, Nunhead, Peckham, and Herne Hill, as well as offering online tutoring nationwide.

We are currently expanding our team due to exceptional demand and are looking for outstanding tutors in all subjects, with a particular focus on:

  • 7+, 9+11+, 13+ and 16+ entrance exam preparation (English, Maths, Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning)
  • GCSE & A-Level subject tutoring (Maths, Sciences, English, Humanities, Languages)
  • Specialist tutoring for students with dyslexia, ADHD and neurodiversity
  • Oxbridge and university admissions coaching

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent experience in teaching/tutoring)
  • Proven tutoring or teaching experience (either in schools or private tuition)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor teaching approaches to different learning styles
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to obtain insurance)
  • Familiarity with school entrance exams and GCSE/A-Level exam boards
  • A passion for inspiring and motivating students
  • Experience with SEN/ADHD/Dyslexia tutoring
